While redesigning the user’s account portal, I partnered with a lead producer and developer to take my designs from concept to finish. Origin/EA account pages desperately needed a refresh as well as some new interactions within. I served as the lead designer and successfully worked with an outside agency to make sure all design elements were completed and spec’d. Verifying the completion of these tasks helped ensure we have proper documentation for other team members to easily reference, improving their working efficiency and helping create a consistent user experience.
